The hotel manages to combine understated luxury with a relaxing, welcoming ambience. They have kept their exclusivity (no fighting for the spa facilities with hoards of health club members here) but do so without being pretentious.

Dinner may not match expectations.
Not all guests have been entirely happy with their meals in the main restaurant. Some have described bland food, odd menu choices and over-cooked meat, however, this is not the experience of the majority.
Away from it all.
With its setting on a large private estate and being a ten-minute drive from Ascot, the hotel can feel a little secluded but, with the huge range of activities on offer at Coworth Park, few guests find this a big issue.
