Review summary
Summarized by AI from 400+ reviews
A transit-focused base with significant operational challenges.
This hotel serves as a functional stopover for travelers needing proximity to regional transit routes and local event venues. A convenient location near the NYS Thruway pairs with an indoor pool to offer basic utility for those passing through the area. While some guests find the beds comfortable for a quick night’s rest, the property’s inconsistent maintenance and service standards often detract from the overall experience. Travelers seeking a reliable stay may find the current operational environment and facility upkeep to be primary points of concern.
Some guests mentioned: unreliable Wi-Fi, traffic noise, inconsistent cleanliness.
