Sumptuous and fresh breakfast
The breakfast has everything the guests expected to see. The hot items are freshly prepared and the food was replenished regularly, so you do not have to wait to taste the mouth-watering pastries, pancakes, and fruits among others.
Well-maintained relaxing amenities
Clifden Station House's pool area is large enough for the guests to have all the privacy they need. The changing rooms and shower cubicles are also huge and extremely clean according to guests. Moreover, the sauna and Jacuzzi works all the time, so you can look forward to an invigorating time there.
Minor issues with the gym
Some guests said that the changing area in the fitness centre is not spotlessly clean, and two or more equipment cannot be used sometimes. A few people go there though, so you are free to use a large part of the gym most of the time.
No air conditioners in the rooms
The weather can be really hot outside, so guests felt bothered at first because the rooms don't have air conditioning units. However, putting the fans on full blast and opening the windows effectively decreases the temperature of the rooms.
Beds may be uncomfortable at times
Some guests complained when they found out that the large beds are actually twin beds pushed together, and this makes them feel the hollow division when sleeping. When you are bothered by this issue, you can request the staff to provide extra comforters though.
