Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Livingston

This hotel is primarily noted for its convenient location, making it a suitable option for travelers seeking easy access to local attractions and highways. While it aims to offer an affordable stay, guests should be aware that the property is undergoing extensive renovations, which significantly impacts the overall experience. This ongoing work has led to widespread issues, including limited amenities and noticeable disruptions, with many areas described as being in disarray. The hotel appears to cater to budget-conscious individuals or those needing a practical base due to its proximity to key areas, despite the challenges. Many guests highlight the need for significant updates to the property's aging infrastructure, as the current state often falls short of expectations. To ensure a more comfortable stay, it is advisable to confirm the current status of renovations and available amenities directly with the hotel before booking, and to manage expectations regarding the property's condition during this transitional period.
