Review summary

Summarized by AI from 600+ reviews

This hotel is a budget-friendly urban hub ideal for sightseers and solo travelers seeking a convenient base for city exploration. Its prime location offers excellent access to the Duomo and Milano Centrale, both within a short walk, and seamless connectivity to metro lines. While the property's facilities are generally in poor condition, the hotel's most exciting feature is its exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, who consistently receive praise for their accommodating nature. For a more comfortable stay, guests should consider requesting a room that does not face the street to minimize noise.
