Review summary
Summarized by AI from 50+ reviews
This hotel is an urban hub for sightseers and budget travelers seeking a central base. Its prime location offers convenient access to the pedestrianized city center and is just 200 meters from the train station, making it ideal for public transport users. The property provides a pleasant view of the city from its sixth-floor vantage point. Guests consistently report a complete absence of on-site personnel, with communication often limited to unresponsive WhatsApp messages. For a potentially quieter stay, guests might consider requesting rooms on higher floors, though room comfort can be inconsistent.
