Review summary

Summarized by AI from 90+ reviews

This hotel is a challenging stay for budget travelers and solo travelers seeking a basic, functional accommodation. Its location, unfortunately, is a significant drawback, often confusing GPS and surrounded by an abandoned building, potholes, and safety concerns like needles in walkways. The property consistently suffers from a pervasive unpleasant odor and a lack of advertised amenities, including Wi-Fi, which is particularly problematic for business travelers. While some guests have noted individual staff members as helpful, the overall service is inconsistent, with reports of lost reservations and long check-in waits. For a more comfortable experience, guests should consider alternative accommodations.
