Rooms are clean and come with super comfy beds for a great night's sleep. Rooms feature excellent amenities including a fast and reliable Internet connection, as well as a reading chair, table and desk, mini-fridge, and free bottles of water. Guests also love the luxury bath products which are by Aveda and are of the highest quality.

The staff at this luxury hotel are friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Many guests say the staff are the most attentive they have ever encountered. Staff go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. They possess excellent local knowledge of the city and are experts in helping guests navigate.

Some guests say the bathrooms are in need of upgrades, including adding a fan for ventilation. Bathroom lighting is dim. Shower water pressure is quite low. A few minor upgrades would get the bathrooms on par with the rest of the rooms and hotel.

Some guests experience issues with noise from an HVAC unit on a neighboring building. In room air conditioning units are quite noisy as well, and some guests have issues with noisy neighbors. Ask for a quiet location upon arrival.
