All the guests loved the hotel’s location on the Bay of Naples which gives it stunning views of the harbour. The waterfront location provides access to several bars, restaurants and. Guests have also mentioned that the hotel street is closed for traffic on weekends making it perfect for evening walks.
The hotel’s rooftop restaurant & bar has been described as one of its best features by most guests. They found it to be the ideal place in evenings to have a cocktail and enjoy views of Mount Vesuvius and the Isle of Capri. The food quality has also been described as top notch.
Guests found the hotel rooms to be large, spacious and well-appointed. The hotel staff is very warm and efficient, taking care of even minute details.
The hotel relies heavily on its classic and historical feel but several guests feel that it is in need of some upgrades. There are signs of ageing with the décor as well as the equipment starting to look old as reported by the guests.
