There's a good chance you'll be impressed from the moment you step inside this hotel. Guests describe the architecture as stunning. Think Victorian features and Italian floors! The luxuries continue in the rooms where views of the city complement an excellent selection of amenities.
Guests who took a trip to the on-site spa found it was the perfect place to relax. All the usual suspects are close at hand - a pool, sauna and steam room - but be sure to make time for a massage if you can. The masseuses are described as fabulous. Note, though, that spa access is not included in the rate.
This hotel places you in the heart of the city - just 30 minutes from the airport or a short stroll from the train station. Guests enjoy being able to walk to the stunning Waterfront area and many other Liverpool hotspots. Take a ride on the nearby Liverpool Wheel to enjoy the best views of the city.
This hotel hasn't been open long enough to attract many negative comments. There are a few, of course, but mainly about issues where other guests encountered no problems. A few guests note slow service in the Library Lounge and others mention thin pillows and being able to hear music from within the hotel.
