Guests were very pleased with the location of the hostel - right in the centre of Copenhagen. It was within walking distance of many great attractions. Also, when booking a room, make sure to ask for a view of the city or the river. Most guests loved the view from the rooms.
Expect some great service if you stay here. Most guests complimented the staff, saying they were very friendly and helpful.
So much noise
Many guests found the hostel to be noisy and crowded. Many of the common areas and lifts were always full of people and did not seem big enough to accommodate all the people in the hostel. Many people also found the hostel to be noisy even though there was supposed to be quiet times at night.
All the extra fees
Avoid the credit card, if you can. Guests did not like all the extra fees that the hostel charged. Guests were frustrated that they needed to pay extra for linens, towels, luggage storage, and using a credit card. Guests were also a bit disappointed that breakfast was not free. All these extra fees made the hotel seem overpriced to many people.
Just the basics
If you decide to stay here, be prepared for just the basics. There is not much in the rooms. Many guests stated that the Wi-Fi was also very poor and did not reach all areas of the hostel.
