The rooms are spacious, the furniture and amenities are modern and guests describe their accommodations as clean. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are nice as well. many guests have stayed here multiple times and return because they like the property.

The staff is friendly and there to help. They are very courteous and can help you with recommendations in the area for restaurants or other attractions.

The neighborhood the hotel is in has plenty of restaurants to offer. Many of the main concert venues are near the hotel. You can also easily use the train to explore Edmonton from this location.

Parking costs an extra fee and some guests had the experience that they could not find a parking space even when they paid for it. So you might want to park your car and rather not move it, because if you return when everybody is in bed your space might be gone.

Some guests heard other guests in other rooms. If you want to not experience noise problems, you might want to pack some earplugs.

Some guests felt that the breakfast should be included in their stay. Though they describe it as good, the price seems to some a little steep and not worth it. There are nice cafes in the neighborhood as well so you don't have to rely on the hotel restaurant for breakfast.
