Positive Reviews

Wonderful staff assistance.

The staff members do their best to stay in constant contact with you in the time leading up to your check-in, and can provide a wealth of information about York and its surrounding attractions. Their support service can also provide swift, accurate assistance if you run into any issues.

Located in the heart of York.

Getting the most out of this historic location is simple, thanks to the property's central placement. Numerous dining, sightseeing, and shopping destinations are within walking distance, and some of the region's most treasured landmarks are just a train ride away.

More than enough appliances.

It's difficult to imagine any appliances that are missing from these apartments. Everything you're used to having in your home is here, including a complete range of cooking equipment and bathroom appliances.

Negative Reviews

Extremely thin walls.

The property is a renovated warehouse, and as a result, the walls are far thinner than what you'd encounter at a standard hotel. Noise easily passes between the walls and floors. If a particularly loud group happens to be staying nearby, you'll unfortunately find out in due time.

Bed quality varies widely.

The standard beds are comfortable enough for sleeping, but the sofa beds — which are considered standard beds, by the property's guidelines — are too old and rigid for most guests. If you have too many guests for your reservation's standard bed arrangements, book a larger unit.

Issues with arrival.

Numerous guests were confused by the initial check-in procedure, which utilises a digital entry code and keys stored within a safety deposit box. Communication with the staff is essential to prevent mishaps or confusion at this stage.
