Clean, spacious rooms.

The majority of reviews describe the rooms as spacious and comfortable. The rooms and en-suite facilities are described as spotlessly clean and fairly well maintained.

Friendly, accommodating staff.

A number of reviews comment on the warmth of the service, particularly from those staff on reception. Tony is singled out as being exceptionally accommodating, dealing with guests personally, especially when issues are raised.

Comfortable beds.

There are a number of reviews describing the beds as comfortable, and the bedding and linens themselves seem to be of a good quality. Guests who stayed in the larger, four poster rooms are especially pleased with the comfort level of the beds.

A number of guests complain about the noise of other guests, particularly when weddings are taking place in the hotel. Guests whose rooms overlooked the car park seemed to be most disturbed by noise from other guests.
