About Twin Peaks Resort by Whistler Vacation Club

There are 28 units at the Twin Peaks Resort by Whistler Vacation Club – each are inspired by natural resources found on the west coast, such as stone and timber. The property is centrally located to many of the area’s recreational and outdoor activities.

Units contain two bedrooms, complete with a king or queen-sized mattress. Select units come with a bunk bed – all of the condos comes with sofa beds for additional occupancy. Fully-functioning kitchens, dining and living space are provided. Each unit also has a washer/dryer.

The Twin Peaks Resort by Whistler Vacation Club has a number of amenities including outdoor swimming pool, underground parking, ski equipment rental and common lounge with fireplace and flat screen television. Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided throughout the resort.

There are grocers, cafes and bistros all located within the resort village. Each unit has a fully-equipped kitchen.

Points of interest include skiing, snowboarding and snow tubing in winter and hiking/biking, bungee jumping and fishing through summer months.

Close to amenities.

The property is located across the street from many amenities, including shops, restaurants and grocery store. This is ideal if you are using provided transportation to arrive at Whistler and don’t have access to a vehicle. The grocer across the street makes it easy to cook meals in your own unit.

Central location.

Whether you are coming in winter or summer, there is no end to the entertainment or recreation in the area. There are plenty of snow-related activities to enjoy in winter and they are all very close to the property. Summer in Whistler is equally as nice and allows for plenty to do.

Very clean.

The units throughout the property are very clean and welcoming. If you have any special requests or needs, be sure to call ahead as the resort staff might be limited.

Negative Reviews

Amenity fee.

Due to the resort status, there is an additional charge that will be added to a stay in order to use the common amenities, such as Wi-Fi, parking and outdoor pool. If you are on a budget, you will need to account for this added fee in your spending.

Some lacking views.

Many of the rooms have various views of mountains or panoramic views, but you could get stuck with a room facing the roadway. If you want a particular view, be sure to talk to resort staff at time of booking to see if it’s available.

Inconsistent Internet access.

Depending on the number of users trying to access the Wi-Fi, the signal could be spotty from time to time. Try using it during the morning or evening, as there is less demand.
