Positive Reviews

Excellent location with facilities nearby

If you want to sample the local cuisine, you could do so as there are lots of eateries and restaurants nearby. Besides, the hotel is also well positioned a few minutes' walk to the town centre which makes travelling from place to place a breeze.  The hotel's pub is also a delightful highlight as it provides the perfect spot for a refreshing drink.

Comfortable, clean and spacious rooms

The rooms are spacious, warm and inviting. Everything is kept perfectly clean. The beds are very cosy and enough pillows are provided. Tea and coffee making facilities provided are in excellent condition in each room.

Employees are very helpful and approachable

Guests were happy with how they were received at the hotel. Most of them were greeted with the ever smiling faces of the staff members. Each staff member was welcoming and extremely approachable. All guests' requests and concerns were handled in a very professional manner.

Negative Reviews

There is poor circulation of air in the rooms

Despite the rooms having windows that can open, air doesn't freely flow into and out of the room. The rooms can become pretty hot and stuffy. If you decide to keep the windows closed it can get quite hot and stuffy.

The hotel has no onsite restaurant

Guests felt greatly inconvenienced as they had to have their meals outside the hotel. Those who wanted to have breakfast in the morning were left with no choice but to visit nearby eateries.

The hotel gets noisy at times

Due to its proximity to the town centre, some rooms can suffer from street noise. At times the onsite bar hosts live music events in the evenings that can hinder a peaceful rest.
