If navigating stairs is a problem for you, you will want to ask for a room on the ground floor. The hotel has lifts; however, they seem to be out of commission often.

BelleVue Palma Real seems to have a problem with mould, which you may be able to tell when you walk into your room. The scent of it lingers and can be pretty disturbing.
