Our unit is designed with an open concept center area including kitchen, dining, living room area on the 4th floor of a 6 floor complex. This unit is conveniently located one level above the pool deck. Unit includes a fully equipped kitchen, all bedroom and bathroom linens, in unit washer and dryer, all major electronics, cable/wifi and heat/air conditioning. Deck features table and chairs as well as a natural gas BBQ. The unit has 2 bedrooms and a den which includes one king size bed, second bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, the den is furnished with a queen size bed and the couch is a pull out. This allows for a maximum sleeping capacity for 8 guests.\r\nSorry but no pets allowed.
