Negative Reviews

You may want to bundle up.

There have been a number of complaints about the temperature in the hotel and the guest rooms being very cold, despite the fact that otherwise, accommodations were said to be quite lovely. One guest mentioned that heaters were available upon request.

A tad behind in some areas.

If you are not the most patient person, you might want to know in advance that there were limited remarks about showers being slow and dining room service also being a tad sluggish at times.

New blankets would be appreciated.

Though rooms were otherwise said to be comfortable, a few people said they found the blankets/duvets on the beds to be a bit worn out and tired. Replacement could be in order.
