Perfect location

The hotel is located in the town centre of Tamworth and is well connected by rail and bus to Birmingham, Lichfield etc. The markets, shopping centres and restaurants as well as pubs are all close by from the hotel. Major tourist attractions are also nearby. Guests thus prefer this hotel because of its convenient and central location.

Value for money

The hotel is relatively small yet is equipped with all the amenities say guests. Rooms have free Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, TVs and en suite bathrooms with free toiletries and powerful showers. All the rooms are well appointed, clean and comfortable with modern amenities. Plus, the restaurant at the hotel serves tasty food and is reasonable.

Friendly staff offering good customer service

The hotel has maintained a very high standard of customer service. Staff at the hotel and restaurant are well trained, are friendly and always helpful. Any queries/complaints of the guests are resolved immediately and personal attention is given to everyone. Hospitality of the staff was gracious.

Negative Reviews

Limited parking

Most of the guests said that the parking at the hotel was very less and they literally had to squeeze in their car.

Slightly small rooms

Rooms at the hotel were comparatively small said a few guests. Though the rooms were clean, they were not spacious and crammed up at times.

Some other niggles

A couple of guests mentioned that there is no internal connection between the rooms and the restaurant. Thus it's a problem to reach the restaurant during extreme weather conditions. The Wi-Fi signal in the hotel is weak and thus connectivity is poor.
