Staff members at Abbington provide very personalized service. They are always asking guests if they need anything to make their visit better and are always on-hand to help out. They are friendly, helpful and always smiling and always willing to go above and beyond.

Warm and Cosy Guest Rooms

Guest rooms are tastefully-decorated and the temperature in the rooms is always just right. Guests have reported that the beds are very comfortable, the bathrooms are large, toiletries are replaced every day and rooms are cleaned frequently.

The options at breakfast are plentiful and high-quality. Guests have reported that the food is always cooked to perfection, the fruit and breads are fresh and the meals are filling.

Guest Rooms are Small and Unkempt

Rooms are very small and require some work. Guests have reported mould in the showers, torn wallpaper, dented doors, lack of climate control, tattered furnishings and bedding and uncomfortable beds. Guests have also reported that the rooms are very dark due to a lack of light fixtures.

Staff Members are Irresponsible and Unhelpful

Some staff members do not want to accept mistakes that they make. Guests have reported being told that their reservation could not be found despite it being made previously. Staff refuse to admit when they are wrong and no apologies are given. Also reported was staff members who are unfriendly, unhelpful and unwelcoming.

Inconvenient Location Far From Everything
