Clean & Modern rooms.

The rooms are clean, and the furnishings are modern. Guests can expect comfortable beds, and stylish lodgings.

Great staff.

The members of staff are always working towards providing their guests with great lodgings. When they are not busy with any guests, the staff spend their time cleaning various areas; seeping the entrance or wiping down counters, which provide guests with a feeling that the staff care about their place of work.

Hotel going green.

The Plaza Beach Resort has started a green initiative, which involves many of the hotel's main factors. Daily housekeeping is done, but bed linens and towels are only washed and replaced when absolutely necessary, to avoid over-washing in the laundry room.

Negative Reviews

More umbrellas.

The tables and chairs surrounding the pools, and near the beach, could use more umbrellas. Unfortunately, the amount of umbrellas leads to only about three-quarters of the tables being offered shade.

Smaller rooms than expected.

The pictures on the website, and other advertising sites seem to allude to the rooms being larger than they are. The rooms, while not small, are not as spacious as one might expect.

Limited parking.

The parking bay offers guests free self-parking, but with a limited option. It would seem the number of bays available are either exactly equal to the amount of rooms offered, or just less, in which case guests would work on a first-come-first-served basis.
