Positive Reviews

Stylish rooms and apartment.

Guests love the stylish, clean rooms, which they say offer everything you need for a comfortable stay. You should find that the furnishings are modern and in good condition, and that there are plenty of home comforts to enjoy, from the self-catering apartment facilities, to the cable TV and reliable, free WiFi.

Central location.

The location is popular with guests, since it puts you within walking distance of the main attractions and areas of interest in Split, as well as having good transport links across the city and to the port.

Quiet and calm.

If you’re hoping for a quiet night’s sleep, this hotel should provide it. Guests say that despite a central location, the rooms and apartment are very well insulated, so once you’re inside, it’s a very peaceful environment with no noise disruption, either external or internal.

Negative Reviews

Limited service.

Don’t go expecting highly attentive service since there’s nobody onsite. Guests say you have to call the manager when you arrive in order to check in, which can be a hassle when you first get there and you just want to get in.

Poor air-conditioning.

Guests have complained that the air con units either don’t work or aren’t very strong. If you stay in the apartment, while the bedroom might be cool, the airflow doesn’t reach the living areas, for example, and some of the individual rooms also suffer, so it can be hot and sticky in summer.

Shower problems.

Guests report that the showers suffer from low water pressure – it’s definitely not a power-shower experience. You might also find that the shower curtain doesn’t fit properly, meaning that the bathroom gets a soaking, even with the low power.
