Wonderfully Thoughtful Staff

The staff here are second to none and won't hesitate to go out of their way in order to make your stay more comfortable Efficient, attentive, charming and courteous, don't hesitate to let them know what you need Although in busier times, it appears the hotel may be a bit short-staffed, these hard workers are lively and up to the challenge!

Food Is Amazing

Prepared perfectly and presented handsomely, the food quality and selection is magnificent at this hotel. Brilliant servers are ready to explain and recommend on each meal dish, wine and desserts Don't miss any meals here, especially not breakfast!

Cosy, Spacious Rooms

Very comfortable beds in large rooms can be expected here. All basic amenities are present. No frills, but pleasant.

Long Delays At Times

It appears this hotel may not be fully prepared for the number of guests arriving at times Some items, such as steak knives, seem to be lacking in number for larger groups of diners Long queues for the swimming pool as only eighteen guests can fit in at once and excessively long delays in waiting for meals have occurred during busier times Remember to bring your room ticket with you down to breakfast in case you are asked to show it.

Noisy & Dirty

Poor detail cleaning in some rooms have been a disappointment Noisy rooms due to thin walls and doors have interrupted sleep for some guests, as well as the loud pool pump which starts early in the morning.

Inefficient Heating & Cooling

No heat whatsoever in some rooms, even in the dead of winter. Poorly functioning electric heaters were provided. Other rooms have been too hot as air conditioning didn't work during warmer months. Bring a fan or a sweater, depending on which season you book!
