House reef and snorkelling experience

Snorkelling experience at the resort has been enjoyed by high number of past guests. Guests have had their swimming experiences with beautiful coral reef which they found very magical. Water is clear as it could be and there is no reason left by the resort for not liking it.

Aaavun Spa- A must visit

Aavun Spa at Biyadhoo Island Resort has been liked by past guests as it offers a variety of massage, treatments and Turkish bath. As mentioned by past guests, the spa is extremely clean and staff is really friendly and do their job perfect.

Exceptional service by staff

The staff at this property has been able to impress all the visitors because of their exceptional level of service. The friendly approach and ability to assist guests properly, has been appreciated. Long time staff members even remember the guest names which delighted visitors.

Negative Reviews

Resort is in dire need of refurbishment

As per past guests, the resort has been there for a while which can be one of the reasons for its outdated look. From bathroom, lobby, restaurants to rooms, the tired décor has disappointed guests and they felt the need of refurbishment.

No complimentary Wi-Fi

Guests these days expect internet to be free as it is in most of the places. However, at Biyadhoo Island Resort it is on charge. Even after paying for the internet, past guests were unable to use internet because of constant connection dropouts.

Long wait at the restaurant

While some of the guests felt that the buffet restaurant looked like a dining room or school canteen, some had to wait longer to be seated and then for the food. This unusual delay for having their meals wasn't appreciated by past guests.
