We are a family run guest house trading since 1999 close to the NEC Genting Arena and Birmingham international Airport. Only 100 meters from Knowle village with over 15 resturants 5 bars and wonderful village unique with small shops.

THE NEW SPA FACILITIES
We are currently changing into a small hotel with a spa facilities.
We will be opening Phase 1 which is 2 theatment rooms in December 2018 and phase 2 will hopefully be completed by March 2019 this will include bar, light refreshments and afternoon teas, changing rooms, and a outdoor Jacussi, a extra treatment room and relaxang area.
The final phase 3 is the construction of the 120 meter spa facility to include steam room, sauna, mud room and small pool we dont invisage this to be finished untill mid 2020 at least.
