Clean hotel

Great staff and food

The staff members in this hotel have been described as excellent. They are welcoming, friendly and always willing to go out of their way to ensure the comfort and wellbeing of the guests. Teresa, in particular, has been mentioned as being very friendly and helpful. A full English breakfast is served and the food in the hotel restaurant is described as good and plentiful. Spacious bathrooms

Negative Reviews

No vegetables, closet space

Although the food is good, it has been mentioned that there is rather a lack of vegetables here. Andorrans are basically meat eaters and the local cuisine would reflect that. Another area that seems to be a problem is that there is a lack of luggage storage space in the rooms. This is particularly relevant when it comes to bringing back clothes which have become wet from skiing.

Uphill walk

Although the hotel is nicely located near golf and skiing and local amenities, some of the guests have mentioned that it is situated on a slope, which means a rather difficult walk to the hotel if you have mobility issues.
