Hotels Sevenoaks close to Knole

The Knole in Sevenoaks is the birthplace of the famous poet Vita Sackville-West and is set within a Deer Park which covers 1000 acres.

Visitors to this attraction can take a tour around the thirteen rooms inside the house which still look as they did in the 18th Century. Inside you can see paintings, furniture and tapestries. Visitors can also visit the garden and take a look around the formal gardens.

A highlight is the Deer Park which is the only one in Kent.

The house is open to visitors between mid Mar and Oct on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays between the hours of 12 and 4.
