Perfect location in Sandown.

Bayshore Hotel is in an excellent spot for exploring Sandown. Placed right on the seafront, there are plenty of great views to be found throughout much of the property as well as easy access to the beach and shops.

Staff are always extremely helpful.

One thing that makes the Bayshore Hotel really stand out is the people that are employed. Everyone is super polite and always willing to go the extra mile for guests, which reflects on the great management of the property.

Accommodation has lots of little touches.

There are a lot of little touches found throughout this hotel that allows it to be notable from a typical accommodation. Some of those include on-site entertainment and dancing, plenty of games in the lounge, and complimentary sweets.

Negative Reviews

Many guests have trouble with various noises.

Noise has a tendency to carry at this hotel. Whether it is people walking about corridors, sounds from the kitchen, or loud evening entertainment many people leave with complaints of noise spoiling their stay.

Hotel really needs some fresh decor.

Much of this hotel has a tired appearance. The decor and furnishings found throughout the property are more suited for older visitors rather than young travellers. However, the hotel not really equipped for guests with mobility issues.

Food could be improved upon.

While the Bayshore Hotel does have a restaurant on-site, this facility rarely produces memorable meals. The menu has fairly basic offerings that guests will get bored of quickly, so it is not ideal for people who are booked for an extended stay.
