Frustrating Wi-Fi

Guests frequently comment that the Wi-Fi service in this hotel is less than satisfactory Some guests were unable to access the Internet in their rooms, some were only able to enjoy intermittent access and others found that it was fine at first and then deteriorated during their stay.

Disappointing showers

Some guests found the showers in their rooms to be less than impressive The problems isn't with a lack of hot water but rather that the water pressure is poor Some of the female guests had to wash their hair in the sink.
