Positive Reviews

Outstanding central location

The location of the B&B was always one of the first things guests brought up in their reviews. It is located bear the Pantheon, at the heart of the ancient core of the city. Guests reported that they really could walk to all the attractions they cared to visit, not only those in the ancient core, like the Roman Forum, but also more recently developed parts of the city, like the ever popular Spanish Steps for example. But it wasn’t only the nearby sights that impressed them, but also the variety and quality of restaurants that they found within walking distance.

Friendly and knowledgeable hosts

Guests were very impressed with the service offered by the B&B’s hosts, Bruno and Ricardo. They were said to be the perfect innkeepers, taking extra care to make sure their guests were settled in and had all they needed for their stay. Guests were particularly impressed with the great tips and restaurant and other recommendations they received from them.

Breakfast was a hit

The breakfast is a room service affair consisting mostly of pastries. It seemed that guests had been harbouring suspicions that this would provide them with the start they needed to their day, but in the end the verdict was unanimous. The breakfast was tasty, comprehensive and just what they needed first thing in the morning.

Negative Reviews

Some noise from adjacent rooms

While guests were very impressed with the soundproof windows, saying that, despite the central location they were not disturbed by external noise, the same could not be said about internal noise. Guests reported that they could hear both people and plumbing noises coming from adjacent rooms during their stay.
