Positive Reviews

Great location close to the sights

This was perhaps what guests liked most about the guest house. While they reported that there were no big sights right outside the front door, they did say that they could walk to most of the attractions that had brought them to the city, from the Spanish Step to the Coliseum. Guests also liked that they were within reasonable walking distance of Rome’s main Termini Station.

Remarkably quite

Right after saying what a fantastic central location the guest house occupied, many guests went on to add that their rooms were nevertheless havens of peace and tranquillity. The reasons were not typically divulged, but guests did appreciate being able to get a good night’s rest without a lot of street noise to disturb them.

Friendly and helpful staff

It was completely impossible to find an unkind word written about the guest house’s host, Annette. The terrific service she provided was usually the first thing guests commented in their reviews. She was said to offer a warm welcome to all guests, making them instantly feel at home. Those in need of practical information and tips on what to see also said that she was very patient and only too willing to help them out.

Negative Reviews

Breakfast a bit disappointing

It seems that the breakfast is either delivered to the guest rooms or taken at a nearby café. But whichever option was in effect, guests felt under whelmed by the breakfast itself. Since it was typically an additional charge, they felt they could have got a better breakfast for the same price elsewhere.
