Positive Reviews

Staff Offer Outstanding Service

Guests say the staff at this hotel are friendly, helpful, and professional. They are keen on helping in any way they can, and offer expert advise on things to do. The reception is open 24/7 which is a big plus. Staff are attentive and nothing is too much trouble.

Relax Pool-Side After Seeing the Sites

Guests say the best feature of this hotel is the wonderful outdoor pool, which is clean and open late. It seems to be uncrowded, even during the busy season, and is the perfect, quiet spot to let the stress melt away. There is also a sauna and wonderful fitness centre guests can use at no extra cost.

Fresh Food Right Onsite

Whether guests are looking for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, they won't have to look far for a great meal. Breakfast is included in the price and offers a nice variety of dishes, including tasty croissants. The restaurant serves generous portions of fresh food.

Negative Reviews

Difficult Location to Navigate

Guests say this hotel is rather hard to get to. A taxi is recommended as they often know how to easily access the hotel. Guests say the hotel is hard to find and far from the city centre, and too far from Rome's main attractions. There are also similarly named businesses nearby which adds to the confusion.

Rooms Don't Provide Greatest Comfort

Guests say rooms are too small and need an update from the 1980's-style decor. They also add that the beds are uncomfortable and come with hard pillows. Although showers have plenty of hot water, they are very small.

Some Noise Issues

Walls are quite thin meaning you can hear your next door neighbours as they chat and move about. Bring a pair of earplugs just to be safe.
