Palazzo Olivia offers modern accommodation in a recently restored 17th century structure located right across Campo de’ Fiori and adjacent the famous Piazza Navona.

Excellent location

Many guests say that the property is located a short walk away from the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon, and love that all major public transportation is easily accessible. Others add that Via Giulia -one of the first important urban planning projects in Renaissance Rome- and the Basilica of Sant'Agostino are close by, and appreciate that the Piazza Navona has several grocery stores.

Comfortable and luxurious apartments

Others add that the bathrooms are grand, the furniture is plush and the apartments are well lit by large well-crafted windows that allow the sunshine to bathe the rooms with brilliance.

Flexible and cordial staff

Many guests appreciate the warm welcome at check-in and appreciate that the restaurant staff, who substitute for the reception staff, are willing to assist guests with tour assistance, even when the reception desk is closed. Others add that the manager eagerly socializes with guests and is flexible with requests for upgrades.

Breakfast is plain

Some guests say that there are no fresh fruits or vegetables for breakfast and dislike that the breads are not freshly baked. Others add that the juices are plain, the coffee is not fresh, and bacon and made-to-order omelets are not available.

Poor air-conditioning in common areas

A handful of guests comment that air-conditioning in the common areas is ineffective, and note that it can get quite stuffy even in late spring. Others add that the hallways and staircases have poor ventilation in the summer months.

Heavy traffic sounds
