Positive Reviews

Rooms are a decent size

Guests were very pleasantly surprised by the size of their rooms. Given the city location, they had clearly been expecting a very small space but were delighted to report that the rooms had the luxury of extra space for them to stretch out and relax.

Very convenient location

Guests were quite satisfied with the location of the guest house. The more energetic among them reported that they had no problem walking to the prime tourist areas around the Trevi Fountain, but others mentioned that there was a nearby metro station where they could use the “A” line to get there quickly as well.

Fabulous views

Guests were very impressed with the views to be had from their rooms. These were said to be over the basilica and were described as especially lovely.

Negative Reviews

Difficult to find at first

Like many other small guest houses in Rome, this property consists, essentially, of a large apartment in a building with many other units. As a result, there are few clear indications outside that this is the location of the guest house. This made it quite difficult for guests to find when first arriving.

A bit of street noise

Guests reported that the streets outside were quite busy. The traffic noise that was generated was said to be easily heard up in the rooms, sometimes disturbing guests sleep.

Disappointing breakfast

Guests really weren’t very impressed with the breakfast served here. It was said to be very basic, posses little variety, and be very strictly rationed. Guests did not feel it provided them with a good start to their day.
