Positive Reviews

Unbeatable pricing.

As hotels go in Rome, Hotel Aniene offers guests incomparable pricing. And with it's location very convenient to the metro, guests will find that nothing in and around Rome is out of reach.

Good breakfast to start the day.

Cereals, yoghurts, baked goods, toasts and juices are all among the offerings at breakfast time at Hotel Aniene. While there are no veggies or greens, guests will be able to fill up, and head out to a day fully fuelled.

Request balcony rooms.

When staying at Hotel Aniene, guests should request the rooms with balconies if they are available. The views are great, and guests will have that extra little bit to spread out in their rented space.

Negative Reviews

Small rooms.

Guests who suffer from claustrophobia are warned that these rooms are more cozy than spacious. Fortunately, as there isn't much that can be done with the size of the rooms, the décor and amenities make up for any loss guests may feel in the space.

Tourist tax payable.

As is becoming more and more common in European countries, foreigners are being charged with tourist tax, which may come as a surprise if they don't know about it. Guests should be prepared to spend a certain sum at the end of their trip.

Not the best bedding.

Unfortunately, the beds are on the lumpy side, and have been cause for some back pain to a few guests. Those who require beds specifically designed for posture, will sadly be at a loss when staying at this hotel.
