Residence Paradise

The new built Residence Paradise is a family business, situated in a sunny position near the beach of Lake Garda (ca. 200 m), near the Yacht Club Fraglia della Vela di Riva and the S.Nicolò harbour (ca. 500 m) and the old city-centre of Riva (ca. 700 m). You can also reach the centre walking along the beach of the lake. Furthermore Residence Paradise is not situated on the main road even it is very close to the most charming spots of Riva del Garda.All apartments are newly furnished in a modern and nice style. Every flat has a balcony or a terrace and SAT-TV.

The flats are for 2 to 6 persons and 35 m2 to 60 m2 in area. Guests can also use the large number of offers of Residence Filanda (1000 m away) such as: swimming pool (20x10x1.5 m), tennis (hard-court, a free hour per week per apartment is included), table-tennis table and a large park (10,000 m2).
