Guests say that the charm of the hotel is present everywhere. They are floored from the moment they walk into the hotel and say that it is like being transported into another era. The restaurant of the hotel has a beautiful setting and the best meals. Guests say that the owner is very knowledgeable about wines and the wine suggestions complement their lovely meals.

Spacious rooms

Negative Reviews

Locating difficulties; parking on street

Many guests say that they have difficulty in locating the hotel. They have to find their way asking locals and lugging heavy suitcases on cobble stone streets, which is an experience they do not enjoy in the least. The parking is on the street and guests arriving by car say that they find it terribly inconvenient to carry luggage and meander their way on uneven pavements through tourists, scooters and cycles.

Small beds; noise issues

Some guests say that their beds are extremely small to comfortably sleep two people. Some say that they find the noise from the courtyard restaurant loud enough to disturb their sleep.

Poor Wi-Fi; dated bathrooms
