Rooms at the Premier Inn Preston South (Craven Drive) are kept in immaculate condition. Guests found them spotlessly clean and comfortable with a considerate selection of included amenities. The beds, in particular, are of an excellent standard and dressed in plush bedding and quality pillows.

Negative Reviews

No baths.

Although guests comment favourably about the bathrooms, describing them as clean and spacious with fluffy white towels, some were a little disappointed to find they only had showers. Guests who were travelling with young children particularly missed having access to a bath.

Some internal noise.

Although there doesn't appear to be much of a problem with external noise, a number of guests comment that the hotel has poor internal soundproofing. You may be able to hear other guests in rooms that are adjacent to and above yours.

Difficult to control temperatures.

Several guests complain that they found it difficult to control the temperature in their room, describing is as either too warm or too cold. The real issue seems to be that the thermostat is tricky to use.
