Negative Reviews

Poor soundproofing.

The walls have been described as being quite this as guests mentioned that they were able to hear televisions and conversations from the adjoining rooms which some described as rather intrusive. Noisy plumbing also disturbed a number of guests.

Plumbing issues.

Several guests experience difficulties when showering as they said that they had to wait for quite a while for the hot water to come through whilst others mentioned that the temperature was quite erratic going from cold to scalding.

Too many stairs.

Guests whose rooms were on the upper floors said that they found it tiring climbing several flights of stairs and some also struggled whilst carrying heavy luggage.
