Quiet surroundings and close to the beach.

Kotzias is slightly outside of the main town centre of Pissouri, located in a very tranquil area by the coast. You can easily walk down to the beach, enjoy fresh seafood at the nearby restaurants or just relax in peace by the pool.

Apartments are pretty good value for money.

The one and two bedroom apartments here are spacious and cover all the essentials for a comfortable stay, all coming at a very reasonable price considering how attractive the local area is. All in all it's good accommodation that won't cost you over the odds.

Friendly owner always ready to help you.

If you run into any trouble while staying here or just need some assistance, the owner is very quick to be at your service. Most of the time you're left to yourself, but don't let that fool you into thinking the staff aren't ready to help you.

Negative Reviews

An additional charge for air conditioning.

If the heat is too much for you and using the air conditioning is a matter of necessity, just be aware that you'll need to pay extra for it. Talk to the staff about the price so that you're clear how much it will cost you.

The Wi-Fi provided is a bit hit or miss.

Staying connected to the internet can be a bit of a pain here, the free Wi-Fi doesn't cover the entire property and won't work in all of the apartments. Outdoor areas often have the best signal, ask staff for the best place to connect.

Furniture and kitchen equipment is getting old.

If you're expecting the height in modern luxury living then you will be disappointed at Kotzias. The interior of the apartments really needs some renovation, especially in regards to the furniture which appears tired and worn. The kitchen facilities may not meet your expectations either.
