Surprisingly quiet

Even though these residences are packed with a variety of students, as well as their parents in some instances, almost all guests were pleased with the quiet, serene rooms. The soundproofing was definitely up to scratch, and students said they were able to concentrate on their studies.

Its a great location

With a location close by to the highway, you will be able to get to town in a jiffy. If you love the outdoors and the natural surroundings, then the Ottawa trail is close by, and perfect for an early morning jog. For those who cannot get going without their morning cup of coffee, there's a Starbucks in the Student Commons across the road.

Comfortable and affordable

Guests have described the rooms as spacious, and more than adequate for a family of four. The units have two separate bedrooms, the price tag is reasonable, and parents like the close proximity to their children.

Negative Reviews

Housekeeping are scarce

You will have to specifically request for the cleaning staff to attend to your room when you need it. Some guests only had the pleasure of having their room cleaned out once during the week, while others were lucky enough to have their rooms cleaned every other day.

Low water pressure

If you can't wait to get back at the end of a long day to have a hot shower, you might be a little disappointed at the trickle that many guests experienced. The water pressure does not allow for a very relaxing shower.

Hallways are crowded

Although the rooms have been reported to be relaxing and quiet, the hallways are a totally different story. Students have been found to be running up and down the passages during the early hours of the morning, causing a bit of concern for some.
