Home sweet home.

Guests felt right at home with clean accommodation that had everything they needed for a comfortable visit. Strong air-conditioning and efficient Wi-Fi were the icing on the cake of a holiday that many would like to repeat in the future.

Outstanding service.

The charming hostess and accommodating service was noticed by many guests who were planning on recommending Aruba Tropic to friends. It was obvious to many that staff had a good grasp on what customer service should be, and it was a pleasure to interact with the caring hotel personnel.

Swimmer's delight.

The pool was all that it was promised to be and more. It was open for fun 24 hours a day and had enough lounge chairs and space to satisfy even the most discerning pool aficionados.

Negative Reviews

A little far from the action.

Guests had a lot of good things to say about the location of this hotel, such as that it is close to a few good restaurants, fast food, and a supermarket. But if you want to get to beaches or to the main shopping area and nightlife, a car is necessary.

Limited housekeeping.

The cleaning staff reportedly stops into rooms every three days, and some guests were annoyed that their stay was absent of a room cleaning. While not a problem for most, a few were inconvenienced by dirty towels and unclean sheets.

Cramped studios.

Guests staying in apartments had nothing but good things to say, but if you reserve a studio, be aware that space might be at a premium. A few guests mentioned a tight squeeze between the bed and closet, and if you need room to stretch out, an apartment is the way to go.
