Positive Reviews

Great base for exploring the city on foot

If you like to see your sights and attractions by walking then this hotel's location will suit your needs perfectly, being as it is within very easy reach of must-see sights like the Town Hall, Farmers Market, and English Garden. Having the city's main transport hub so close makes getting to other parts of the city easy.

Staff members are attentive and courteous

As well as being courteous and helpful to a fault, this hotel's merry little band of proactive employees are the kind of people who will go out of their way to try and put any problems right with impressive efforts all around.

Free breakfast is worth having

With plenty of choice and lots of hot options, it's easy to see why so many guests have raved about this hotel's free breakfast offering. It exceeds the normal continental breakfast freebies.

Negative Reviews

Neighbourhood can be a little sketchy after dark

Numerous visitors have been less than impressed by the hotel's surroundings. Strip clubs, seedy bars, and slightly intimidating groups of men all help to make this area something of an acquired taste. Something to keep in mind if you're an anxious and/or solo traveller.

Parking isn't the best

It has to be said that the parking in the hotel's underground garage is very limited and as such the bays are pretty small. Unsurprisingly, this can present real problems if you have a larger vehicle.

Free Wi-Fi is irritating

The hotel's Wi-Fi provision is one of those which requires you to log-in with your username and password several times each session (sometimes as often as every 15 minutes).
