Could Be A Bit Cleaner

Despite the fantastic dedication from the staff members, the housekeeping crew is lacking when it comes to cleaning. They tend to miss a few spots, which you will be able to see throughout your room.

Wi-Fi Is Not Free

While most of your comforts will be met at this hotel, you will have to pay extra for some, such as Wi-Fi. This doesn't come for free, which means an additional cost will be applied for this. It may be an unexpected and unwelcome cost.

Towels Not Changed Regularly

Not only does housekeeping slack with the cleaning but they don't change the towels or linens on a regular basis. You may have to call down to the front desk a few times to get your towels changed, as housekeeping doesn't do this regularly.
