Positive Reviews

Comfort on a budget

If you’re looking for somewhere that won’t break the bank then this could be a great choice. Reviewers have found this to be a very comfortable place to stay without costing a fortune while the free parking and strong Wi-Fi are an added bonus.

Spotless rooms

This is an immaculately clean hotel with well decorate rooms and spotless ensuites, shared bathrooms and communal kitchen.

Family run hotel

Guests here have been well catered to by the family that own the hotel who are warm and welcoming. They do their very best to ensure their guest enjoy their stay providing restaurant advice, assistance with transport and a friendly attitude that everyone really appreciates.

Negative Reviews

Outside the city

A downside of this property is that it is around a forty-minute drive from the centre of Madrid and guests an feel that they are staying in the middle of nowhere. If you don’t have a car yourself then taxis can be expensive so you may prefer to spend the extra money on a hotel closer to the city.

Air conditioning and water temperature

Guests have found that not all the rooms come with air conditioning which has been a problem, particularly during heat waves. There also seems to be an issue with the hot water running out.

Not easy to find

Several guests have commented that the hotel is difficult to find both by road and by public transport as the property is out of the way and not well sign posted.
