Awesome service.

Past guests have had a pleasant stay because of the awesome level of service offered by the staff of DoubleTree by Hilton Luxembourg. From front desk to restaurant staff, the staff members are willing to go out of the way to make guests feel welcomed.

Serenity and peace.

The hotel’s location gives it a serene appeal as it’s away from the city. Some of the past guests had a memorable stay as they loved the peace around the hotel. There are also great places to walk and jog around the hills.

Spacious room with comfy bed.

The rooms at the property are big and well-furnished, even the bathrooms are clean and have excellent toiletries. But the best part is the large size bed with wonderful pillows to ensure you a good night sleep after a tiring day.

Negative Reviews

Food quality needs improvement.

Some of the guests have not had great experience with their lunch and dinner meals at the on-site restaurant, The Green Restaurant and Bar. Guests have felt that there is a need for improvement in food quality, portions and options.

Poor Wi-Fi.

At this property, the Wi-Fi is complimentary but you should not expect good speed with downloads or browsing. Guests have not been able to use internet even after paying for it.

Away from city.

While most of the guests enjoy the scenic beauty near DoubleTree by Hilton Luxembourg, some of the guests feel that the hotel is a bit far from the city. With easy access to taxis and buses, you can get to the city centre in less than ten minutes.
