The farmhouse next to the Villa, built in 1751, has been beautifully restored and can be divided according to different needs and uses. It can be rented as a villa for large families or for a group of friends who love to spend every holiday together while maintaining their own privacy (the large spaces and the arrangement of the rooms can indeed give complete independence). It can be divided into two apartments (il Timo on the ground floor, and il Pesco on the first floor) both with separate entrances, garden tables and gardens.
