Excellent Wi-Fi.

The Wi-Fi connection here is available throughout the hotel, both in the bedrooms and the public areas and is constantly described as excellent by the guests.

Quality food.

Guests have praised the food here as being excellent. The restaurant receives a lot of appreciation and compliments for constantly providing sumptuous meals to guests, both resident and the ones who come simply to eat.

Clean, comfortable rooms.

There appears to be a very high standard of housekeeping here and the guests appear to be extremely satisfied with the cleanliness level in the hotel. Very few complaints.

Negative Reviews

Shower flooded the bathroom floor.

A guest got a shock when his shower flooded the bathroom floor. In fairness, this is one of the very few complaints which this hotel has received about the rooms.

Small portions, very pricy.

A guest remarked that his meal was very expensive, yet when it arrived, the portion looked so small that he thought it was a child’s meal. When he complained to the waitress, she merely smiled and told him to enjoy his meal, leaving him feeling neglected

Cooked breakfast only until 9 AM.

One of the house rules is that cooked breakfast is served only until 9 AM sharp. Uninformed guests arriving later have been disappointed at not being served a freshly made breakfast. The management claims that the rule is written in a booklet provided in
