Friendly, trained and educated staff

The members of staff are very well trained and knowledgeable. Not only are they proficient, they ensure that the check in/out process goes as well and as fast as possible. They will go out of their way to make guests' stay a very relaxing one.

The rooms are clean and very modern

Guests were very contented with the large and lavish beds. There were adequate pillows on the beds and the mattresses were all quite comfy. The rooms were very clean as the housekeeping staff gave them a thorough going over on a regular basis.

Restaurant offers high quality food and service

The service at the restaurant is outstanding and the food is top notch. The wait staff are conscientious and willing to please and go out of their way to ensure you have an enjoyable dining experience.

Negative Reviews

Weak Wi-Fi and not available in every room

The hotel offers free Wi-Fi but the speed is too slow. Guests felt it was time-consuming especially when they were doing heavy browsing or streaming videos. Some did not get any Wi-Fi signal at all in their rooms during their stay here.

Parking at the hotel was a bit expensive

Even though the hotel offers valet parking, a number of guests felt that they were being overcharged to park there. Those who were affected were dismayed and to seek alternatives elsewhere.

A few dated interior areas of the hotel

A few of the guests who stayed at the hotel were of the view that some of the furniture and other room features were out-of-date and needed to be replaced. They felt that more renovations will make the hotel more attractive.
